Dreamworks @ Gaylord

Right after Thanksgiving, we jumped right into the Christmas season with a visit to the Gaylord Texan to do the DreamWorks Experience.  In addition to the Ice! exhibit, we got to have brunch with Shrek, Fiona, and Puss, decorate a whole gingerbread family, and Claire even got to watch the Puss in Boots movie with Daddy during my naptime.

Now THIS is a cookie. 

You know the saying "it's bigger than your head?" ... yeah, baby!

Thanksgiving

Mommy's side of the family came to Dallas for Thanksgiving, and we celebrated together with a yummy Luby's feast.

(First) Visit with Santa (This Year)

A quick visit to the mall to run an errand turned into an imprompt visit with Santa.  But before visiting the big guy, of course we had to get matching outfits (an impulse buy, to be sure) followed by a quick change and an HOUR LONG WAIT because Santa had to stop for a cookie break just as we were ready to get in line.  No problem, some quick antics in the playarea and some energy-burning laps run, we were ready to take a picture with Santa! A picture, by the way, I would have posted here except that Mommy forgot to take snapshot of the picture, and we're not exactly sure where the original is anymore.  No worries, though, because we managed to see Santa at least two or three more times before the holidays were over.

Pee Family Visit

The Austin Pees and the Houston Pees came up to visit us Dallas Pees.  How lucky we are that all us grandkids are so close in age because there is certainly never a dull moment when we're together.
